Grassa Gramma focuses on fresh, authentic pasta and Italian fare with other select offerings to satisfy the dining expectations of a varied customer base. Grassa Gramma is an experience. It combines fresh and interesting foods in an intriguing and overtly unique atmosphere. The brand of Grassa Gramma will channel a sense of a European vacation. Its' food and beverage program, while excellent, will be secondary to the upscale casual Italian gramma's kitchen experience. We recognize that our customers pass many other restaurants to get to us, and we strive to be the restaurant of choice.
